The Capital Area Adult Literacy Council is committed to individual empowerment and community improvement through literacy and provides free literacy services to adult learners.
What We Do
The Capital Area Adult Literacy Council (CAALC) is an organization focused on literacy tutoring for adults over the age of 18. For many men and women, being able to read is a luxury they've never been able to enjoy. CAALC strives to rectify this situation by providing accessible literacy programs to local adults.
