Speaker-Inspire students with your story!
Every day, our class welcomes a guest speaker from 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Students gain so much from hearing outside perspectives, whether from an employer sharing career insights or from someone who has overcome challenges in life.

- No special prep is required. We’ll guide you and make sure you feel at ease.
- It’s just a one-hour commitment during the lunch hour.
- Your unique journey can encourage students, spark hope, and show them what’s possible.

Your voice may be exactly what a student needs to hear to keep moving forward.

Mock Interviewer: Help students gain confidence for their future!

During week five of class, on a Thursday afternoon, volunteer mock interviewers prepare students for real-life job interviews. You’ll simulate an interview using sample questions (provided for you) and then share helpful feedback, both directly with the student in real time and with our staff through a simple form.

• We’ll provide the questions and forms, so you’ll feel prepared and supported.
• It’s a one-time, short commitment, just one Thursday afternoon for 2 hours (1-3)
• You’ll make a direct impact by helping students gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce.

In 2026 our first class of the year runs from January 15th-February 13th.

Mentors provide invaluable wisdom and encouragement to our students. If you have a heart to positively influence someone seeking life change, mentoring is for you!

- You’ll spend just one lunch hour (12–1 p.m.) with your mentee each week and lunch is provided.

- Choose the day that best fits your schedule.

- Build a meaningful relationship that can transform not only your mentee’s life, but yours as well.

Be a Lunch Provider — Share a Meal, Share Hope
Lunch is one of our students’ greatest needs. For some, it may be the only warm meal they receive all day. By providing lunch, you meet a very real and practical need while showing our students they are cared for.

• You can choose the option that works best for you , have it delivered, cook and bring a meal, or simply send funds and we’ll handle the order.
• Lunch is dropped off between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m., making it easy to fit into your day.
• Connection: Your gift of a meal does more than feed students, it reminds them they are valued and supported by their community.
