Who We Are
Head Start is a federally-funded comprehensive child development program that serves over one thousand children between the ages of 3-5 years old at centers throughout Montgomery County.
The program provides comprehensive educational, health, nutritional, and other developmental social services to low-income and special needs preschool children and their families.
What We Do
Head Start has partnered with the Montgomery Public School System to integrate classes into several elementary schools and provide the following:
- Academics
- Family Services
- Nutrition
- Medical Health and Dental Screenings
- Disability Services
- Parental Involvement
