Child Protect, Children's Advocacy Center

The mission of Child Protect is to interview, counsel and be an advocate for children when there are allegations of abuse.

The agency provides a child friendly environment where children can come and talk about their alleged abuse with trained forensic interviewers, lessening the trauma on the children and their families. Last year, Child Protect conducted 357 forensic interviews where there were reports of alleged abuse - 54% of those were sex abuse cases.
