Common Ground Montgomery provides academic and social programs throughout the year, focusing on youth development and leadership through after school programs, camps and mentoring. Volunteers are needed to help in the following ways:
- Gym recreation assistant - playing games with leaders in the gym and supervision
- Math hall assistant - assisting math teacher with tutoring as well as making sure that leaders are engaged
- Reading hall assistant - assisting reading teacher, possible one on one reading and tutoring
- Homework assistant - assisting leaders with their homework assignments
